Why Are My Xero Item Codes Not Pulling Through To aimy?
The reason your codes are not pulling through is probably due to your Item Codes not having a Sales Account assigned in Xero
- Go to Xero.com and login
- Go to Business > Products and Services
- Click on your item code
- Hit "Edit Item"
- Under "I sell this item", choose the appropriate sales account and save
- Go back into aimy Plus and then go to setting cog > Invoicing and go to Xero Settings and click on the "Sync Xero Code" button
- Wait 4 minutes and your codes should pull through
