What should I do if I forget my Password?
Password Resets
If either your staff or parents forget their password, they can easily reset it.
Depending on who needs to change/reset their password, you may need to follow different steps:
- A staff member can reset their password by clicking I forgot from the login screen
- If you need to reset a staff member's password go to Staff Management and edit their login details.
- For more information, please read this article. We recommend the staff member then changes the password themselves once logged in or resets it using I forgot from the login screen
- To reset password as a parent:
- Go to your aimy Plus portal
- Follow the 'Forgotten Password' link
