Unlocking Staff Profile

A staff member will sometimes lock themselves out by entering in their password wrong to many times. Admin can unlock the profile for the staff member through staff management
When a staff member fails their password 10 times in a row this error message will display:

  • Admin can unlock by going to Staff > Staff Management
  • The locked staff member will be in red
  • Click unlock
  • A confirmation screen will appear.
  • Click ok
  • The staff profile will now be unlocked
