Unlocking Parent's Profile
When a parent has failed their login password 10 times in a row, aimy Plus will automatically disable their profile.
- Go to Parent Management and search for the parent's name. Any locked profiles automatically show in red.
- Go over to right and hover over profile and select unlock from the drop down menu to unlock the parent profile
