Unlocking Parent's Profile
When a parent has failed their login password 10 times in a row, aimy Plus will automatically disable their profile.
- Go to Parent Management and search for the parent's name. Any locked profiles automatically show in red.
- Go over to right and hover over profile and select unlock from the drop down menu to unlock the parent profile

Too Many Incorrect Passwords Attempts As a security measure, 10 incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock the account. This can happen to both parents and staff, and can be quickly resolved by an admin. To unlock a staff profile simply login ...
