Police Clearance and First Aid Report
This report shows staff members that have police
clearance and are first aid certified with dates when they will expire.
This report can be accessed from the reporting tab by going to reporting > all reports > (use dedicated reports server for best speed)
To run this report go to the reporting tab and select Police Clearance/First aid
If you have multiple sites you can select to run the report for all of them by using the site select dropdown at the top of the report
Current Clearance or Certification
Staff members that have either police clearance or first aid certification will show on the report and if the date of expiration is greater than 100 days the dates will show with no coloured background
Expiring or no clearance
Staff members that have clearance or certification expiring will show with a red colour and staff members that have no police clearance will show with a yellow background and a no data message for their police clearance. This will help identify staff members that will need to get police clearance.
