I have been locked out of my account, how do I regain access?

Too Many Incorrect Passwords Attempts

As a security measure, 10 incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock the account.
This can happen to both parents and staff, and can be quickly resolved by an admin.


To unlock a staff profile simply login as an admin and got to Staff > Staff Management, select the profile that has been disabled and click the unlock option.

If a parent contacts you about their account being disabled, do the same as for a staff member but under 'Parent Management' instead.
