How can I send simple notes to parents at sign in/out?
Parents Can Be Given Small Messages When They Sign Their Child In/Out
This allows for communication between the parents and the on-site staff as well as the head office.
To send a note to parents at sign in/out, go to Parents > Parent Management
Here just look up the parent you wish to notify, and click on their profile drop-down menu.
Finally select 'message/alert' and type out the message.
