Admin app Sign In & Out
- The Sign In and Out Features on the app are designed for accurate and realtime attendance records.
- With these features, children begin as unaccounted. As they are marked present or absent, they move into the "Accounted" list.
- Nothing will show in here unless children's bookings have been confirmed in aimy's Booking Manager.
- Roll call for multiple sessions in a day for a Holiday care, there is just one sign In and one sign Out
- If a parent has multiple children they will be able to select the children they wish to sign out and sign for all in one go
Sign In
To Sign children in on the app:
- Click the Sign In button from the aimy Plus app home screen and select the session that you require
- Tick any child that is present
- Click
the cross for any child that is absent and give a reason for this. You
are able to add your own customised absentee reason which will be
remembered for next time
- For
contact details of the parent, click on the info button and type in your pin number.
NOTE: For BSC sign in, this will require parents to enter a signature.
Sign Out
To Sign children out on the app:
- Click the Sign Out button from the aimy Plus app homescreen and select the session that you require
- Click on the relevant child's name
- Select the authorised pickup that is signing the child out
- Sign and Press the Confirm button. (if Staff sign out is selected staff will be signing the child out)
- For parents with multiple children they will be able to select the children they wish to sign out and sign for all in one go
NOTE: For BSC sign out no parent signature is required.
