Admin App Emergency SMS
There maybe times when a crisis happens such as earthquakes and lock-downs strike, you need to be able to contact and update parents very quickly. That's what the emergency SM text option from the app is for.
In the bottom right corner of the app home screen you will see a red button labelled 'Emergency'.
When you click ion the button, all children who are currently onsite will display. You can then 'Confirm' the list, modify the message, choose the Sender (default to Site Name) and the Recipient (default to Parent/Guardian 1) and then send the texts off.
Please note normal text message charges apply.
